My Background
As a child you could find me sitting on the kitchencounter loving to watch & taste what my mum was preparing. As a student I had to take care of the food on my own for the first time. But finally I really started and loved to cook when my first child was born.
Four years ago I made a change in my diet and my focus now is on plant-based food with the emphasis for a healthy living. I love to share my knowledge with families to live and eat better for a vibrant life and a healthy future.
We have to be our own expert and chef to be able in making the right decision for our future health and passing this
knowledge onto our children.
